Dear customer,

We would like to place our sincere thanks for your interest in our HostEase. In order to provide better services to our customers, we will be upgrading our server on Thursday, 24 June 2010, from 2:00a.m. until 5:00a.m. CDT.

It will take 3 hours to upgrade both the support and manage system. We start the upgrade from the support system which will need 1 hour. Then it is the upgrade for manage system which requires 2 hours.

The live-chat and ticket support will be unavailable while the upgrade for support system are taking place,however, you still could expect phone support.

When we are upgrading the manage system, you will not able to access the Manage Page for any management and your requirements for purchasing products will be not meet. Customers are allowed to login into your hosting control panel and manage your hosting account via the address “”.

During these upgrades process, your websites will not be affected. We do these upgrades with the purpose of adding more processing power to our support and manage systems. Thus they will help increase their speeds and efficiencies.
