Alipay will perform maintenance on Friday

Dear customer:

Alipay will perform maintenance on Friday, October 22 from 00:00a.m. to 03:00a.m., Beijing time. During the maintenance, all Alipay services will shut down. Therefore, you are not able to purchase our products or service via Alipay.

Mainly customers from China will be affected as you will not able to buy our products or service with Alipay. However, you can always sign up with Hostease by other payment methods, Paypal, Moneybookers and 2CO (2CheckOut). We are sorry for the inconvenience. Alipay will be available to you after they complete the maintenance.

Alipay Will be Performing Maintenance

We have to inform you that the Alipay system will be brought down for maintenance from 02:00 to 06:00a.m. August 19th Beijing time.

During these 4 hours of maintenance, Alipay payment service will not be available to you. That means you are not able to buy our product or service via Alipay during this period. Customers who are expecting to sign up our hosting packages by Alipay are recommended to avoid that time.

Server Upgrade Notice

With our ongoing efforts to increase the reliability of Hostease's infrastructure, we will be upgrading our server starting at 3a.m. August 15(GMT-0500).

We expect this upgrade will take 15 to 20 minutes. The affected severs are server 089,103, 104, 105 and 106. These servers will be offline during the upgrade process as the complete shutdown of these servers is required. In order to decrease the impact of service interruptions to our customers, we give you a notice here and recommend you carrying out some preparations beforehand.

Providing you with greater service is our main object. These upgrades will be helpful to increase hostease's server speed and performance. Of course, if you have any problems with your server after that scheduled time, please contact us to let us know. Thank you for your understanding.
