Alipay Will be Performing Maintenance

Dear HostEase's Customer:

We have to inform you that the Alipay system will be brought down for maintenance from 02:00 to 06:00a.m. August 19th Beijing time.

During these 4 hours of maintenance, Alipay payment service will not be available to you. That means you are not able to buy our product or service via Alipay during this period. Customers who are expecting to sign up our hosting packages by Alipay are recommended to avoid that time.

We are sorry for any inconvenience, and thanks for your understanding.

Server Upgrade Notice

With our ongoing efforts to increase the reliability of Hostease's infrastructure, we will be upgrading our server starting at 3a.m. August 15(GMT-0500).

We expect this upgrade will take 15 to 20 minutes. The affected severs are server 089,103, 104, 105 and 106. These servers will be offline during the upgrade process as the complete shutdown of these servers is required. In order to decrease the impact of service interruptions to our customers, we give you a notice here and recommend you carrying out some preparations beforehand.

Providing you with greater service is our main object. These upgrades will be helpful to increase hostease's server speed and performance. Of course, if you have any problems with your server after that scheduled time, please contact us to let us know. Thank you for your understanding.

Alipay Will be Performing Maintenance

We have to inform you that in order to provide you better payment experience, Alipay will be performing maintenance during July 15th 23:30 to July 16th 05:30 Beijing time. During the maintenance, all Alipay services will shut down. Therefore, you are not able to purchase our products or service via Alipay.

Mainly customers from China will be affected as you will not able to buy our products or service with Alipay. However, you can always sign up with Hostease by other payment methods, Paypal,Moneybookers and 2CO(2CheckOut). We are sorry for the inconvenience. Alipay will be available to you after they complete the maintenance.

Server Maintenance Notice

Dear Customer,

Million thanks for your loyalty to HostEase.com. As a customer to HostEase, you may know that we provide our reliable hosting solution through Softlayer Data Center. In order to improve the server performance, SoftLayer is going to carry out scheduled maintenance between 05:00 AM and 09:00 AM, July 3, 2010 GMT.

They will perform maintenance on circuits which provide connectivity from BBR01.SR01.DAL01 to BBR01.EQ01.DAL01 on the public network and BBR01.SR01.DAL01 to MBR01.DAL01 on the private network. Therefore, the following services will be modified during the maintenance:

Dallas, TX (DAL01) to Seattle, WA (SEA01) private and public network connectivity
Dallas, TX (DAL01) to Washington, DC (WDC01) private and public network connectivity
BBR01.SR01.DAL01 to BBR01.EQ01.DAL01 global backbone network connectivity (public / private)
DAR01.DAL01 and DAR02.DAL01 to BBR01.SR01.DAL01 global backbone network connectivity (public / private)

It will require 4 hours to complete the maintenance process. You are likely to see routing anomalies, packet-loss, and increased latency on both the public and private networks.

Your patience and understanding are appreciated during this time. Of course, if you have any connectivity problems after that time frame, please feel free to submit a ticket to us. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and expect for your continued patronage.

Notice to HostEase’s Customers: Server Upgrade

Dear customer,

We would like to place our sincere thanks for your interest in our HostEase. In order to provide better services to our customers, we will be upgrading our server on Thursday, 24 June 2010, from 2:00a.m. until 5:00a.m. CDT.

It will take 3 hours to upgrade both the support and manage system. We start the upgrade from the support system which will need 1 hour. Then it is the upgrade for manage system which requires 2 hours.

The live-chat and ticket support will be unavailable while the upgrade for support system are taking place,however, you still could expect phone support.

When we are upgrading the manage system, you will not able to access the Manage Page for any management and your requirements for purchasing products will be not meet. Customers are allowed to login into your hosting control panel and manage your hosting account via the address “yourdomain.com/cpanel”.

During these upgrades process, your websites will not be affected. We do these upgrades with the purpose of adding more processing power to our support and manage systems. Thus they will help increase their speeds and efficiencies.
