You should pay more attention to activities as following: spamming, prohibited offerings, profanity, private information and images, violations of intellectual property rights, misrepresentation of transmission information, viruses and similar destructive activities, hacking, anonymous proxies, backup storage, abuse of resources, export control violations, pornography and other illegal activities. The engaging in any form of prohibited uses set forth in these Terms by Subscriber or by any affiliate or subscriber of Subscriber (in the sole judgment of hostease.com) should be construed as a material breach of these Terms and the Subscriber’s account will subject to immediate termination without notice.
