I have registered a account in support.hostease.com, why does't it work at all?

After registering a new account in support.hostease.com, you still have to wait for our checking so that we can protect you from some vicious users who want to interrupt our support centre. We'' ll give a confirmation email after your application has been approved, and then you can use the new account to login our support centre.
